Risser is co-owner of Advanced Laser Printer Service & Supplies Inc. (ALPS), located in Emigsville, Pennsylvania. The company has nine employees, more than 500 accounts and more than 4,000 active devices. It manages more than 20 million pages per year under its MPS programs and it sells and services HP, Fujitsu, Lexmark, Toshiba, Xerox and Zebra products. It also provides authorized service for Lexmark, Toshiba and Xerox products. Risser has 22 years in the office technology industry — five years as a service manager and 17 years as vice president, partner and owner at ALPS. He and his wife, Veronica, became owners of the company on March 1, 2015. Risser is responsible for all development and implementation of new strategies, and has created a unique process for managed document services in his business, as well as built a cost calculator and assessment database. He currently serves as the company's vendor relations committee chairman for its buying group.

Rubin is co-founder and president of Docutrend Imaging Solutions, with offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has been engaged in the office technology industry since 1992. Before founding DocuTrend, Rubin held several sales and sales management roles at a large dealership in New York City. His last position with that company was vice president of sales and marketing. In October 2002, Rubin founded Docutrend with his partners Edward and Alexander Solomon. Since Docutrend's founding, it has grown to a $13 million-plus dealership with more than 50 employees and more than 6,000 active machines in the field. Docutrend is a Pros Elite 100 dealership and has consistently been ranked as an Inc. 5000 company for the past six years, demonstrating double-digit growth year over year. Docutrend is an authorized Canon, HP and Samsung dealership. Rubin is married with four children and lives in Englewood, New Jersey.

Ardry, an office document solutions consultant at Automated Business Solutions (ABS), with locations in Warwick, Rhode Island, and Southington, Connecticut, was formerly the president and owner of Office Equipment Center LLC (OEC), Plantsville, Connecticut. He grew through the ranks at OEC, beginning as a service technician in 1983 and, ultimately, purchased the business in 1988. Ardry oversaw the evolution of the company from its roots selling typewriters and calculators into a multifaceted dealership offering copier/MFPs and printers. In 2002, he recognized his clients' needs to connect these devices to their networks and broadened OEC's offerings to include IT support and managed services. This growth culminated on April 11, 2017, when OEC was acquired by ABS. The transition to ABS has been simplified because of the similarity of OEC's product offerings (Kyocera, Dell, SonicWALL, etc.) and the focused philosophies of Ardry and Alan Albergaria, president of ABS, who see immense opportunities to grow the technology side of the business.

Scibetta is owner, executive vice president and CIO of Copier Fax Business Technologies, located in Buffalo, New York. He joined the company in 1997 to oversee a major expansion of Copier Fax's technology services. He launched the company's new Documentelligence service, which converts offices to "smart offices" though hardware, software, IT and security services. Since the launch of Documentelligence, Copier Fax has received national and international recognition for hardware and software solutions sales, as well as its service to customers. Scibetta also launched Copier Fax's backfile scanner services, an extension of Documentelligence, which led the company to double-digit growth within a year. Scibetta was named in the "Who's Who in Business First Technology," was featured as a "Young Influencer" in ENX Magazine and as a "Young Turk" in The Cannata Report. He received his bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo.

Staubitz is vice president of service and aftermarket support for Modern Office Methods (MOM), an HP, Ricoh/Lanier and Canon dealership with locations in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. At MOM, he oversees the service support staff, help desk and customer care division for the organization's various offices located throughout Ohio, northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana. Prior to returning to Modern Office Methods, Staubitz successfully trained and consulted for both the dealer channel and various manufacturers to improve their service operations. Today, MOM boasts one of the most comprehensive managed print programs and is considered one of the nation's largest production print dealers. In Staubitz's spare time, he enjoys volunteering for Wounded Warriors in Action and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Seeley is the director of business development at Seeley Office Systems, located in Glens Falls, New York. He has been a part of the family business for 11 years and is part of the second-generation team, with his primary responsibilities in sales. The 36-year-old dealership covers three counties in upstate New York. Its primary product lines are Konica Minolta and Lexmark, and it also sells a full line of office supplies.
