GreatAmerica Finanical Services now offers BTA members special pricing on its inTune Customer Satisfaction Program. BTA members will receive a $120 discount (a 9-percent discount) on the yearly cost of the inTune program.
InTune is a customer survey tool that helps dealers discover strengths, identify opportunities for improvement and achieve higher levels of customer service in their dealerships.
In addition, new inTune customers can also receive the first three months of survey work free when they sign a one-year contract by Aug. 31, 2011. This introductory offer results in a 25 percent savings over the first year.
InTune is a GreatAmerica program administered by a third-party market research company. Surveys are administered weekly or bi-weekly via Web interface and reports are provided monthly to the dealer.
