Grand Slam BTA East hosted its annual Grand Slam district event Sept. 24-25 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts. The event featured a keynote session, "Technology Trends, Business Models & Customer Engagement," presented by Jeff Hayes, president of InfoTrends, as well as a dealer panel, "Company Culture & Your Bottom Line," moderated by Sally Brause of GreatAmerica Financial Services.
