Building My Business Webinar: "GAP Selling"
Almost every conversation about selling starts or ends with the concept of value. At the same time, there are as many different understandings and definitions of value as there are sellers and buyers. Without a clear and actionable definition of value, many conversations between buyers and sellers are less than effective, and do not help create a buy. GAP Selling delivers a five-plank platform for engaging with prospects and driving sales success. The overarching goal of the process is to focus on the buyer’s objectives and on delivering the specific means of helping him (or her) achieve those objectives. The five steps: (1) Identifying and validating the buyer’s objectives; (2) Understanding why buyers really buy; (3) Why buyers buy and do not buy from you and your company; (4) Converting the above to impact questions for quality conversations; (5) A structured follow-through approach to maximize impact and progress. In this webinar, led by Tibor Shanto of Renbor Sales Solutions, participants will learn how to use the above to create alignment with buyers, their objectives and buying process. Winter Break - Hosted by BTA Southeast
BTA Southeast will be hosting its annual Winter Break district event, open to BTA members and non-members from across the country, on Feb. 8-9, 2013, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla. This event will be a great setting to learn from industry leaders, gather new ideas and network with your peers. The event will feature a keynote presentation by Martin Brodigan, chairman and CEO of Ricoh Americas Corp., five additional educational sessions presented by industry leaders providing insight and business strategies that can help any office technology dealership reach new heights, and a round-table discussion focused on "Alternate Revenues." In addition, there will be time to visit with 20-plus exhibiting sponsors, many of which will hold drawings for great prizes during the event.
