ProCopy Office Solutions Recognized as Ricoh Circle of Excellence in Service for 2016

Ricoh has announced that all three of BTA member ProCopy Office Solutions' locations (Phoenix, Tucson and Prescott, Arizona) have been recognized in the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award Program for 2016. According to Ricoh, this award recognizes the "best of the best" inside its dealer network.
Winning the Circle of Excellence Award means ProCopy has exceeded the requirements of the program in the following areas: service engineer skills; use of genuine Ricoh parts and supplies; service organization structure; effective use of Ricoh resources; relevant industry certificates; field and help-desk productivity and efficiency; business planning and process improvement; and customer satisfaction measurement.

"This program is designed to recognize dealers who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh's high standards and guidelines."
