ECi e-automate Now Available as a Cloud-Based Solution

ECi Software Solutions (ECi) has announced that its e-automate software is now available as a cloud-based solution. The ECi e-automate Cloud Solution will provide all the time-saving, accuracy-increasing benefits of e-automate and will bring even more cost efficiency, security and productivity gains.

There are multiple benefits of a cloud-based system for service technology providers. It not only frees up their IT staff members, but it also helps save them money on hardware costs by making the application accessible through any Internet connection. In turn, the increase in accessibility helps boost productivity. In addition, the server on which the e-automate software resides is supported and maintained by ECi. Finally, updates are automatic, allowing customers to always have the latest features and enhancements.
Dealers on the ECi e-automate Cloud Solution will also have early access to new e-automate functionality including the Dealer Notification Center. This feature will provide a dashboard-based interface into key performance metrics, alerts and notifications at the users' fingertips. Alerts will be a mix of native e-automate alerts, as well as alerting and notification content from valued vendors and suppliers. The Dealer Notification Center will be available in both mobile and e-automate embedded formats for users of the ECi e-automate Cloud Solution.
