Continuum Now Integrates With Accelo

Continuum has announced a new integration with Accelo, a growing professional services automation (PSA) platform. This integration gives Continuum's MSP partners the option to seamlessly adopt a fully synchronized workflow by combining Continuum's technical tools for MSPs with Accelo's business tools.

With each company's focus on empowering IT professionals to concentrate on doing the work they love for their clients through outsourcing and automation, this new partnership promises to give MSPs of all sizes a brand-new advantage in how they run and grow their businesses.

Accelo's Smart PSA allows the thousands of MSPs already using Continuum the flexibility to easily manage all of their client work from one centralized system and take their businesses to the next level:
  • By combining powerful yet simple CRM and project management systems with easy-to-use ticketing, contracts and billing software, MSPs now have the ability to grow their businesses while staying organized.
  • The integration between Continuum and Accelo allows MSPs to experience the many benefits Continuum provides, while ensuring they have full, real-time visibility into all of their clients' work.

Continuum has released public ticketing APIs that support MSPs' critical ticket workflow needs. The APIs are designed to allow bi-directional updates so that the ticket information is synchronized between PSA and Continuum at all times.

Both Continuum and Accelo are focused on helping clients do what they love. Continuum's network operations center (NOC) and help desk allow its MSPs to focus on higher-level client service and Accelo provides unprecedented automation to eliminate busy work.

In other news, Continuum has added resources to its MSPedia, a collection of product-agnostic, educational articles packed with information relevant to managed IT services. Resources have been added on MSP pricing strategies, how to choose the right cloud platform, targeting managed services verticals, PCI DSS compliance and more. Since launching MSPedia in July 2015, the company has posted 12 comprehensive articles on various topics with the goal of helping its MSP partners to grow their businesses.
