Compass Announces Integration With HubSpot & New Social Media Links

Compass Sales Solutions has announced an integration with HubSpot, as well as a social media connector within Compass Sherpa.

This new integration will allow users the ability to sync the leads captured inside of HubSpot into the Sherpa CRM account records through Compass' custom application program interface (API). Defined contact fields inside HubSpot are able to be synced with contact fields in Sherpa.

"The integration between Sherpa and HubSpot will allow leads to flow directly into the dealer's CRM to then be assigned to the sales reps," said Lindsay Kelley, president, Prospect Builder. "This reduces time spent on data entry and offers greater intelligence to the reps when they follow up with their leads."

Also in Sherpa account records, users now have the ability to create links to individual contact's social media pages such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. This will allow users to easily connect with their customers and have the option to filter and run reports in Navigator to provide insights into what a contact is interested in and concerned about in their professional life.

"Communicating through social media has become a pivotal part of networking and doing business," said Tami Dittemore, vice president of operations, Compass Sales Solutions. "This new feature creates one less step for our users to connect with their clients and prospects."

This social integration is just the first step in integrating Sherpa with social media platforms to make it easier for sales teams to expand their networking and marketing efforts.
