The National Printer Repair Network (NPRN) has announced an alliance with NWSA, a printer repair group providing major market repair services in Canada. The alliance allows both NPRN and NWSA to service printers in most locations in North America.
Tim Lomax, president of NWSA, said that this relationship expands NWSA's capabilities into the U.S. market and he is excited about being part of the NPRN. Members of the NPRN now can access service providers in Canada and the continental United States.
Frank Topinka of NPRN remarked that the addition of seven Canadian repair companies enhances members' go-to-market strategies in the MPS market.
The Canadian companies from the NWSA include:
The NPRN is a consortium of more than 60 office technology dealers in the United States providing networked printer repair services at flat rates and guaranteed response times. Initially created to assist MPS companies in securing national service and supply contracts, members also are eligible to receive special prices on printer parts and supplies. The NPRN also hosts an operational excellence symposium sponsored by Clover Imaging Group. The next summit is June 7-8 in Kansas City, Missouri. For more information, visit www.nprn.net.
