May 24 BTA Webinar to Focus on Marketing in the BTA Channel

The 101st webinar in BTA's Building My Business Webinar Series is scheduled for 4 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, May 24. "The Emerging Role of Marketing in the BTA Channel" will be led by Dominic Pontrelli, marketing and strategy advisor at Pontrelli Marketing.

Emerging technologies and services offerings are required to maintain and grow customer relationships. In this webinar, Pontrelli will describe the marketing requirements for the BTA Channel dealer to remain relevant in today's evolving marketplace. ERP and CRM data are critical marketing components that establish industry-proven go-to market strategies. Learn how marketing will impact brand positioning, customer awareness and strategic revenue growth.

Pontrelli is a marketing and sales executive with 17 years of marketing and sales leadership experience. He has a track record of achievement in solution selling, sales/account management and global/major accounts in the document services industry. Pontrelli retired from Ricoh as senior vice president of Americas marketing after 34 years of service within the Ricoh Family Group. As senior vice president of marketing, his responsibilities included: technology and services portfolio, customer segmentation, channel development, vertical markets, new media and communications. Pontrelli formed Pontrelli Marketing in February 2015 and is focusing his efforts on the development of a comprehensive marketing foundation with companies that prefer to outsource a CMO role on a part-time basis in order to to enhance their marketing capabilities.
