Print Tracker & Royal Imaging International Announce Partnership

Print Tracker has announced a new partnership with Royal Imaging International. Their mutual customers can now receive device status information gathered by Print Tracker and have the detail forwarded directly to Royal for direct toner and parts fulfillment.

Print Tracker software includes the features dealers require to remotely gather meters, toner and service information from copiers, MFPs and printers in the field including devices that are locally and wirelessly connected. Alert controls and action events can easily be customized to a dealer's preference. When an alert is triggered, the Print Tracker server will notify the dealer and can send a prospecting email to the end customer.

Clicking the link in the email generates an order email which is sent to the dealer and/or supplier. The server generates an action event and updates the history log for the device in the dealer's Print Tracker Viewer. Comprehensive reports can be generated which summarize order activity and supply fulfillment across all accounts and devices for greater visibility and control.
