Jack Duncan Joins BEI Services

BEI Services Inc. has announced that industry veteran Jack Duncan has joined the BEI team. Duncan will be responsible for heading up the recently announced REACH Leadership Development Academy.
From the start of his career, he has played an integral role in various positions within the office technology industry. Duncan has held service management, technical management, director of service and vice president of service positions at prominent dealerships and manufacturers, including Ricoh Corp. and ASI Business Solutions in Dallas, Texas. In addition, he held a position on the board of the OMD user group, teaching many classes before opening his own consulting firm, JDC – Jack Duncan Consulting, where Duncan developed and taught Service Managers University and consulted with dealerships nationwide. Most recently, he took a position as vice president of service for Standley Systems, transitioning the service department from good to elite.
