MWA Intelligence Inc. (MWAi) has announced the addition of its new systems integration specialist, Norman Autero, to the MWA FORZA team.
Having approximately 29 years of experience within the office technology industry, specifically in the imaging sector, Autero brings a plethora of knowledge and expertise to the MWAi team during this rapid period of growth. His involvement entails 21 years at Ricoh U.S.A. Inc. where he played a developing role. Autero's duties included: overseeing multiple branches in three different geographic centers for aftermarket sales and administration; managing end-to-end data conversion and staff training; and he was project team lead of Oracle contracts for service. Over the last eight years, Autero worked for Sharp Electronics, where he was involved in complex integrations from ECi to SAP modules, data-cleansing initiatives, revamping data conversion processes and automating 30 MPS deals.
"Everyone here at MWAi is absolutely thrilled to have an experienced asset like Norman on the MWA FORZA team," said Michael T. Stramaglio, president and CEO, MWAi. "His knowledge and skill set is paramount to our process here. We are devoted to ensure the successful growth of the future for the imaging channel by providing the best team to serve the underlying needs of dealers with FORZA, the only ERP built by the industry, for the industry."
With growing recognition in disparate, non-integrated business management systems, MWAi is providing the imaging channel with the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage. MWA FORZA, built on the SAP Business One platform, is a completely integrated ERP solution streamlining all processes, encompassing the business flow of imaging dealerships in the industry. Designed with an open architecture, dealerships can seek out opportunities to expand their organizations while still strengthening and growing the central base of their businesses.
"The addition of Norman onto the MWA FORZA team couldn't have come at a better time," said Hiro Ueda, chief planning officer, MWAi. "With more and more companies choosing FORZA for their future development, it has become a very busy and prosperous period for us here at MWA, and the confidence Norman exudes is reassuring to the sustainability of our success."
