Print Tracker Welcomes Phillip Dacus to Its Support Team

Print Tracker has announced the addition of Phillip Dacus to its software support team.

"I am drawn to Print Tracker's timely assistance record and excellent support history, and look forward to providing our clients with the best customer service possible," Dacus said. "My public relations and customer service background is a firm foundation and will help me to step in quickly and take an active role in the support of our print tracking software. I look forward to the challenge of working with our clients and their customers' business machines.

With more than 30 years of customer service and technical support experience, including general retail management, complete customer case management, virtual call center work and responding to challenges presented by customers from initial call to resolution, Dacus brings a wealth of understanding to his role at Print Tracker. With a strong background in file recovery and computer knowledge, and his ability to quickly analyze challenges, identify causes and make necessary recommendations, he is up to the task.
