The Sailor Group Announces New Partnerships

The Sailor Group Inc. has announced it has partnered with DialSource, a telephony app on the Salesforce AppExchange for its AgentDealer custom CRM solution.
"We really like DialSource for several reasons — first of all, because it is native to Saleforce.com, that means that is is simple to use and leverages the awesome tool set already available," said Ed Barfield, CEO, The Sailor Group. DialSource allows customers to streamline how they manage their prospects and allows them to focus on call list that are relevant to their go-to-market strategy. With tools like DialSource Mode, DialsSource customers can say goodbye to dead air. DialSource has the fastest multi-line dialing system on the market, with an average of 82-plus connections an hour. Disconnected or no-answer outcomes are automatically recorded; redials are identified and prioritized for intelligent reattempts. Customers will experience lead generation without the speed bumps.
In other news, The Sailor Group Inc. has announced that it has partnered with Hoopla Software, a provider of employee engagement and communication solutions. Hoopla integrates with CRM data to engage, motivate and celebrate individual and team accomplishments to drive higher performance levels.
"Because we offer a sales-centric product, we quickly see the power Hoopla can bring to our customers' sales teams," Barfield said. "The ability to broadcast leaderboards and dynamic announcements when a team member closes a deal or reaches a milestone is huge in keeping today's high-performance sales teams motivated."
With Hoopla, customers create their own custom broadcasting channels shown on digital displays around the office, laptops and mobile devices. Content includes live updates of data, leaderboards and goals combined with TV-quality video and graphics. Hoopla leverages friendly competition and real-time recognition to promote a high-performance culture throughout the company, and Sailor Group's customers will now be able to leverage Hoopla's platform to broadcast data directly from AgentDealer.
In other news, The Sailor Group has announced that it has partnered with Sertifi, bringing e-signature for the AgentDealer product.
"Ever since we launched the Quote Builder with Conga for generating proposals and other needed paperwork, I have been on the lookout for the right e-signature solution," Barfield said. "One that was simple to use, would integrate with AgentDealer and at a price that made it affordable for our customers, Sertifi is the solution we have been looking for."
