Visual Edge Technology Completes AXSA, MCM Acquisitions

Visual Edge Technology Inc. has completed the acquisitions of AXSA Inc. and MCM Business Systems. These acquisitions are Visual Edge's fifth and sixth acquisitions in 2017, and the 15th and 16th over the past several years.

AXSA provides sales and service of HP Page Wide products across the southeastern United States and Samsung MFPs, assorted office solution software, managed print services and IT/MNS solutions in central Florida. This acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across the southeastern United States for HP Page Wide technology and central Florida.

"In a rapidly consolidating industry, it is extremely important for us to operate from a stronger competitive position, while remaining an independent business within the Visual Edge Office Solutions family," said Bob Christensen, president, AXSA Inc.

Christensen and his senior management team will continue in their current capacities in leading the company. AXSA Inc. is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with HP Page Wide installations across the southeastern United States.

MCM Business Systems provides sales and service of Konica Minolta MFPs, assorted office solution software, managed print services and IT/MNS solutions throughout the state of West Virginia. This acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across Clarksburg and Bridgeport, West Virginia, and some 12-plus additional counties in West Virginia.

MCM has been servicing these areas of West Virginia with Konica Minolta MFPs, assorted office solutions software and managed provider services since 1983. Lehosit and his senior management team will continue in their current capacities in leading the company. MCM is headquartered in Nutter Fort, West Virginia.
