At the Grand Slam event, each dealership with registered attendees will have the chance to schedule one-on-one, 15-minute meetings with participating vendors starting at 1 p.m. on Sept. 26. This program has been established to allow quality time with the vendors of your choice and help to defray travel costs.
Each participating exhibitor will have up to seven one-on-one meeting time slots as follows:
A limited number of one-on-one meeting times are available with each vendor. Before the event, BTA will provide you a confirmation of the requested one-on-one appointments that have been scheduled for you (no more than one attendee from the same dealership may meet with the same vendor).
- 1 to 1:15 p.m.
- 1:20 to 1:35 p.m.
- 1:40 to 1:55 p.m.
- 2 to 2:15 p.m.
- 2:20 to 2:35 p.m.
- 2:40 to 2:55 p.m.
- 3 to 3:15 p.m.
Dealer attendees can earn $30 for each 15-minute one-on-one meeting attended. With seven appointments, that is $210 per dealer attendee! Rebates will be mailed to participating dealers following the Grand Slam event.
