Escamilla is CEO and COO of Document Systems, a Canon and Ricoh dealership located in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties, California. The dealership, established in 1994, recently acquired Copy R Office Solutions to expand its staff to 40 employees. Escamilla's office technology career began in 1985 when he went to work as an entry-level technician for San Sierra Business Systems. The company then merged with Taylor Made Office Systems, where Escamilla continued to work as the service manager for the Fresno, California, area until 1995. He worked in Ventura, California, as the director of service for a local Sharp dealership for five years and then moved on to Document Systems in 2000 as service manager. During Escamilla's 16 years at Document Systems, he has held several positions including service manager, vice president of service, senior vice president and, now, CEO and COO.

McCurdy is president of Integrated Technologies, Twin Falls, Idaho, which serves all of southern Idaho, northern Utah and a handful of national companies. Integrated Technologies was the first office technology dealership in Idaho to enter the IT business, which now represents more than one-third of its annual revenue. He is responsible for the overall management of Integrated Technologies, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and generating revenue by building relationships. McCurdy attended Rick's College, Boise State University and Utah State University, majoring in business administration. He has worked for Aspen Consulting Group Inc., Mt. Hood Chemical Corp. and AmeriTel Inns. McCurdy has spent most of his career specializing in becoming a sales professional with a keen understanding of how to grow businesses with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for client satisfaction. He is very active in the community, serving on several boards and proactively championing doing business locally.

Bombard is owner of Yuma Office Equipment and its parent corporation, Mountain View Corp., located in Yuma, Arizona. He began his career in 1985 as a copier technician specializing in Canon equipment. Within a few years, Bombard was certified on Canon, Sharp and Ricoh products, and was also well versed in Panasonic and Kyocera Mita products. He started his career with Yuma Office Equipment in early 2002 and worked as a technician before becoming a controller specialist and, ultimately, IT director and service manager. In 2013, Bombard became the owner of Yuma Office Equipment and Mountain View Corp. In 2015, the company was recognized as an SBDC Small Business of the Year by the Small Business Development Corporation of Arizona and was named an Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine. Bombard is currently a member of the OKI Data Americas Dealer Council, Optimists International and the Rotary Club. He is a supporter of Crossroads Mission and a member of its alumni board. Bombard also holds two positions on the board of MACCNA, which is a conference put on by Mexico, Arizona and California areas of Narcotics Anonymous.

McGuirk is president and equity partner of ProCopy Office Solutions Inc., located in Tempe, Arizona, with additional offices in Prescott and Tucson, Arizona. He began his career in 1983 as a sales representative for Uni-Copy and was promoted to branch manager in 1991. In 1993, Uni-Copy sold to Danka and it made the dealership the core company of the western United States. McGuirk was named district manager for Arizona in June 1993. He then moved to California to oversee the Southern California District, but returned to Phoenix and held various senior management roles, including area vice president, until leaving the company in 2002 after 20 years. In 2002, McGuirk became president of Arizona Office Technologies (AOT), a Global Imaging Systems company. He successfully oversaw the acquisition of two companies that brought the total revenue of AOT to $17 million. McGuirk and his management team grew AOT’s total revenue to $36 million organically in four years and was named Global’s Company of the Year. Through one more acquisition, AOT grew to $56 million in revenue and more than 250 employees. Global Imaging Systems was acquired by Xerox Corp. in 2007 and McGuirk remained for two years, leaving the company in 2009. In 2010, he joined ProCopy Office Solutions as president and equity partner. In less than five years, the company has grown five times in revenue and profits, exceeding the industry benchmark. It was named as one of the Best Places to Work in Arizona twice, as an Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine twice, and in 2013, 2014 and 2015 was on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. McGuirk is a 1982 graduate of Arizona State University's School of Business and has completed coursework for a Masters of Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix. He serves on the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau and the Select Dealer Group. He is a member of the Tempe Diablos, a charity club, and the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix. McGuirk previously served on the board of the Grand Canyon State Games and Lifelink Church.

Welch is manager and co-owner of ABC Office Equipment Co. Inc. She joined the company in 1998. ABC Office Equipment is located in Spokane Valley, Washington, and has been serving the inland Northwest for 65 years. ABC is a Konica Minolta (Pro-Tech Service Center) and OKI Data dealership, and an affiliate partner of Carefusion. In 2012, ABC added a network department and currently has seven network engineers on staff. Welch is actively involved in the day-to-day business operations of the company — everything from shipping, receiving, purchasing and billing — and also serves as the company's service manager, HR director and controller. She has been involved with BTA West for the past five years and is very thankful to be surrounded by great advisors in this constantly changing industry.

Brandon is president and CEO of ABC Office Equipment, founded in 1952 in Spokane, Washington. The dealership has represented many manufacturers over the years, but has maintained a 30-year relationship with Konica Minolta. Though copier/MFPs are the majority of the company's business, it still sells and services Olympus dictation equipment and most brands of printers and fax machines. Brandon began his career in the office technology industry in 1969 with Gray Autograph selling dictation equipment. After a year of sales, he joined the company's service department. Gray Autograph was purchased by Lanier Business Products, and Brandon relocated to the Bay Area where he worked as district service manager in San Francisco and regional service manager in Los Angeles. After spending 12 years in the service department, Brandon requested a transfer back to Spokane where he sold word processing equipment for five years until Lanier closed the office. Lanier negotiated with ABC Office Equipment to service the base of word processing and dictation equipment, and Brandon was hired to sell copy machines for ABC. He became a partner in the business, and 10 years later, ended up the majority owner of the dealership.
