As a result, the industry — and the products it markets — looks very different than it did even five years ago. In this webinar, Brewer will review the key changes manufacturers have made to their respective businesses and products; and examine which firms have changed for the better and which have not — and what that means for the industry going forward.

Brewer is founder and president of Actionable Intelligence. With more than 20 years covering technology, he was previously an editor for Inc. A Look at Current Office Technology Industry Trends

A variety of current trends associated with inkjet, color printing, MPS and solutions are driving change in how office technology dealers go to market in today's business climate. In this webinar, Glicksman will share her insight on these trends, as well as review key industry statistics. She will also provide excerpts from the market research firm's State of the Channel findings. The webinar will conclude with Glicksman addressing attendee questions focused on the BTA Channel's greatest opportunities in 2018.

Glicksman is director of the Channel Strategy Consulting Service at Keypoint Intelligence, a firm focused on providing tools and analysis to help clients address mission-critical decisions related to their imaging industry products and sales. She is responsible for channel business development services and assists in determining the firm's strategic direction based on industry trends. Glicksman has spent more than 25 years in the digital imaging space, starting her career as a copier sales rep. She worked as a sales manager, as well as a color and office document specialist at Delta Business Systems in Florida, which was eventually acquired by IKON Office Solutions. Her industry experience helped her gain additional success in the finance world, joining GE Commercial Finance to deliver copier/MFP dealers strategies to improve their leasing programs and fundings. Glicksman was director of sales for Toshiba in Florida and later joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions as director of business intelligence services in the South region. Immediately prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, she worked at Compass Sales Solutions selling its process automation platform to office technology dealers across the United States.
