Castaneda is general manager of International Copy Machine Center, located in El Paso, Texas. He joined the company in 2002. Previously, Castaneda worked at a Minolta-authorized dealership as service manager for 13 years, where he won the service excellence award. Castaneda has been in the industry for more than 29 years, both in service and management. Currently, International Copy Machine Center sells service first, along with Konica Minolta, Muratec and KIP products, as well as workflow and document management software. Castaneda is trained in machine repair, networking, employee management, sales and customer service. He has served as a BTA volunteer for six years, both in BTA Mid-America and on the national board of directors. Castaneda was recently recognized as one of the 2018 Difference Makers in ENX Magazine.

Eckstrom is president and CEO of Carolina Business Equipment (CBE), located in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in accounting. After college, he went to a local firm working in the tax department and then moved to a firm where his focus was bank auditing. After two years, Eckstrom moved into private business where he became branch controller for a Fortune 500 company. He then became director of finance for a manufacturing company and was CFO to a mechanical contracting firm. Eckstrom came to CBE in November 1994 as the company's controller and moved into the general manager position in March 1995. At the end of 1995, he purchased half of the company and became its president. In October 2000, Eckstrom purchased the rest of the company. CBE's corporate office is located in Columbia, South Carolina, and over the past 10 years the company has moved into three new markets, including Charleston and Florence, South Carolina, and Augusta, Georgia. CBE has also acquired three companies in the past seven years and employs 50 people. Per Eckstrom, the most exciting aspect of the company right now has been the development of its Managed Network Services Division. This is an area where CBE has gotten glowing reviews and wide recognition. In early May 2018, CBE acquired the property adjacent to its home office to build a separate building for its IT Services Division.

Evans is a partner at Function4, which has offices in Sugar Land, Beaumont and Paris, Texas. Function4 is a premier provider of office technologies and services including managed IT, document and print management, enterprise content management and cloud services. Function4 is an authorized dealer for Konica Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera, HP and M-Files, covering 31 counties in Texas, five counties in Oklahoma and seven parishes in Louisiana. Evans began his career in 1984 with Lanier and over the years has held multiple positions within the office technology industry.

Donnellon is CEO of Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises (DME), a dealership that has been in a technology advancement stage, transforming businesses by providing a powerful array of process automation in both the office technology industry and intelligence tools for software. DME has locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Lima, Ohio. Donnellon has been in the office technology industry since 1975, when he joined Donnellon McCarthy Inc. In 1992, he purchased ABS Business Products and, 25 short years later, he merged the two companies into what is known today as Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises. Donnellon is a member of several organizations, including the Cincinnati Rotary Club, ATP Professional Tennis Tournament, Marvin Lewis Foundation, Kicks for Kids Foundation, Parent Project Foundation/Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, St. Vincent DePaul Society Foundation and the Grant C. Alexander Scholarship Foundation. He, along with his team at DME, have been able to achieve several awards in the past year, including winning Dealer of the Year for Toshiba 2016, Top Workplace in Cincinnati 2017, named as a 2016 Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine, Sharp Hyakuman Kai award 2015-2016 and it was a finalist for the 2016 Goering Center Family & Private Business Award.

Seeley is the director of business development at Seeley Office Systems, located in Glens Falls, New York. He is transitioning into leadership as a second-generation member of the 37-year-old, family-run business. Seeley’s main responsibility includes sales management and operations. The company covers multiple counties in upstate New York and it carries Konica Minolta as its primary product line, as well as a full line of office supplies.

Crane is president of CPI Technologies (CPI), headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. He has been in the office technology industry since 1992, when he opened the Springfield branch of CPI. Crane and his wife Heidi, who is CFO, now own CPI. He has been active in BTA for many years, serving as the BTA Mid-America president and on the national BTA Board of Directors. Crane has been on the national board for IBPI, is a member of SDG and is on the regional board for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is also a member of the Toshiba National Dealer Council. CPI has been in business for more than 50 years and has six offices covering 75 counties in four states (Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma). The company is authorized to sell Toshiba and Konica Minolta products, and is an HP Premier Partner. CPI offers a full line of document and workflow management software, including PaperCutMF, DocuWare, DrivveImage and Nuance AutoStore. CPI employs a full MPS staff that utilizes the company’s Print Audit Premier partnership to automate supply delivery and meter collection, as well as provide print cost visibility and rules-based printing. Along with a complete suite of managed network services (MNS), CPI also offers the complete line of InFocus Interactive displays and smart boards.

Quirk is president of JQ Office Equipment, located in Omaha Nebraska. The company, founded in 1965, first joined BTA in 1974. JQ Office Equipment has now brought managed print and mailing solutions to businesses in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Quirk spent the first 15 years of his business career in technical sales and, in 2000, he entered the office technology industry. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in engineering. Quirk has made multiple trips to Romania to help orphaned young adults enter the job market and small-business owners work with the principles of capitalism to grow their market share and provide healthy work environments for their employees.

Renegar is president and co-owner of Kelly Office Solutions, a Canon, Konica Minolta and Savin dealership located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with branches in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina. Renegar has 35-plus years of management experience in the industry. He has worked in corporate environments such as IKON and Sharp Electronics, where he served as president of North Carolina, and in dealerships such as Charlotte Copy Data and Triad Business Systems, where he was executive vice president and co-owner. Renegar has also served on various manufacturing and leasing company advisory councils, and his dealership has been a BTA member for 20-plus years.

Polimeni is president and CEO of Rite Technology, Sarasota, Florida, which is a Ricoh/Sharp dealership with a large emphasis on solutions and MPS. He graduated college with a ministerial degree and spent the next 10 years in full-time ministry prior to entering the office technology industry 10 years ago. Rite Technology was founded in 1989. In the past three years, the company has grown from 17 employees to more than 30, all while nearly tripling its sales revenue. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its reach from the original single location in Sarasota to currently having three offices in Sarasota, Tampa and Fort Myers, Florida. Embracing the industry's progressions, he is positioning Rite Technology for continued exponential growth through a passionate focus on exceeding customer expectations and caring for Rite Technology's employees.

Hines is CFO of Copiers Northwest Inc., a Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta, HP, Samsung and Lexmark dealership headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with 10 offices throughout the states of Washington and Oregon. He is an accounting graduate from the University of Washington, holds a CPA certificate in Washington state and received his MBA from Seattle University. Hines has been with Copiers Northwest for 25 years and worked at Boeing prior to that. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years before attending college.

Brandon is president and CEO of ABC Office Equipment, founded in 1952 in Spokane, Washington. The dealership has represented many manufacturers over the years, but has maintained a 30-year relationship with Konica Minolta. Though copier/MFPs are the majority of the company's business, it still sells and services Olympus dictation equipment and most brands of printers and fax machines. Brandon began his career in the office technology industry in 1969 with Gray Autograph selling dictation equipment. After a year of sales, he joined the company's service department. Gray Autograph was purchased by Lanier Business Products, and Brandon relocated to the Bay Area where he worked as district service manager in San Francisco and regional service manager in Los Angeles. After spending 12 years in the service department, Brandon requested a transfer back to Spokane where he sold word processing equipment for five years until Lanier closed the office. Lanier negotiated with ABC Office Equipment to service the base of word processing and dictation equipment, and Brandon was hired to sell copy machines for ABC. He became a partner in the business, and 10 years later, became the majority owner of the dealership.

Richardson is president and founder of Allied Document Solutions & Services (ads-s). This year marks his 23rd year leading the company, which is located in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Richardson's dealership leads with HP printers and MFPs, and it has recently attained HP's Premier Status to be authorized for the new line of HP A3 devices. It is one of only a handful of dealers in North America that has access to those products. Under HP, ads-s is also certified as a managed print service provider and is an elite dealer in its market. Most recently, ads-s has also brought on a line of document management and workflow solutions and is looking for significant growth in 2017.

Goldberg has served as general counsel for the Business Technology Association since 1977. He is also of counsel to the Chicago law firm Schoenberg, Finkel, Newman & Rosenberg. He began his career serving in the Antitrust Division of the Illinois attorney general's office and furthering his government service at the Federal Trade Commission. Goldberg writes the monthly "Courts & Capitols" column in BTA's Office Technology magazine.
