In many cases, compensation plans reward behavior that is bad for the company. This webinar will focus on why most existing compensation plans do not achieve the desired results. Edmonds will show how a dealer can align his (or her) compensation plan with what his company needs, and improve profitability and customer satisfaction. The focus of this webinar will be on the sales and service departments.

Edmonds received his electronics training while serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1969 to 1979. After working as an air traffic control specialist, he formed his own company remanufacturing toner cartridges. The business then grew into a full Toshiba dealership. After selling his dealership, Edmonds served as service manager for multiple dealerships. He then worked as a district service manager for Sharp Electronics for 10 years and then worked for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc. for six years in the same role. In 2018, Edmonds started a training and consulting business. He has had more than 20 articles published in trade journals focusing on dealership issues and solutions.
