Print Tracker Adds Additional Reporting to Print Tracker WebAdmin

Print Tracker has announced additional reporting from webAdmin. Account managers can now generate volume reports for specific date ranges for the imaging fleet to show their clients, as well as provide current device status detail.

"Tablets and smartphones are common tools salespeople and technicians now carry," Brian Dawson, sales and marketing director, Print Tracker. "Imagine talking with the customer about device volumes and being able to pull up supporting facts when standing in front of a specific machine. The data helps customers get a better understanding of their print inefficiencies.

"Information gathered by Print Tracker Pro is available to account managers for review the moment it is uploaded to the server," Dawson continued. "And technicians can prepare for their service calls while still at the service car."

Credentialed users may view data from multiple customer installations, make changes to reporting schedules, update customer contact details, manage supply and service alerting, verify that supply orders have been placed, and prepare volume analysis, meter and status reports.

The Print Tracker webAdmin requires no software download or app to activate. Access webAdmin on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and workstations through Internet browsers. webAdmin is simple to use and a smart addition to the tools salespeople use every day.
