Service Leadership & Collabrance Alliance Shares Benchmarking & Managed IT Best Practices

Service Leadership Inc. and Collabrance LLC have announced a strategic alliance, bringing Service Leadership Index Managed IT quarterly coaching and benchmarking to Collabrance dealers and partners worldwide.

The Collabrance Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner success program now includes the option of joining a quarterly Collabrance best practices IT peer group, hosted by Collabrance, with best practices and benchmarking provided by Service Leadership. Collabrance partners will participate in quarterly knowledge-sharing group meetings and in the confidential Service Leadership Index benchmark, which provides more than 80 critical MSP metrics, enabling performance improvements and risk reduction in all areas of the partner's managed IT business.

GreatAmerica launched Collabrance in 2009 as a way to help office technology dealers and IT solution providers profitably grow their businesses more quickly with less risk, by providing high Operational Maturity Level managed IT services through the Collabrance U.S.-based network operations center, service desk and fully vetted technology stack. Collabrance also provides its partners with access to industry thought leaders, a virtual sales manager, MSP best practices and proven processes to help grow faster with fewer challenges and optimized investment.
