Jack Duncan Consulting was started in 2004 with the goal of helping dealerships run more profitable, successful businesses. Jack Duncan Consulting strives to bridge the gap between the service technician and service manager through educational classes such as the REACH Leadership Development Academy, which have been developed using Duncan's own experience "where the rubber meets the road." Over the past years, Duncan has trained hundreds of service professionals in his Service Managers University and, now, the REACH Leadership Development series.
