Following the success of the inaugural workshop, BTA is bringing back the AI Workflow Assessment Workshop, led by West McDonald of GoWest.ai.
This four-session workshop is designed to help office technology dealers move beyond simply learning about AI and develop a practical, repeatable methodology for identifying where AI can create measurable business value.
Participants will learn how to conduct AI workflow assessments within their own dealerships, identifying the manual, repetitive, cumbersome and time-consuming workflows where AI and automation may have the greatest impact. Just as importantly, they will learn how to use the same methodology with customers, creating the foundation for a new AI advisory and professional services opportunity.
By the end of the workshop, participating dealers will understand how to:
- Identify high-value AI opportunities inside their dealerships and with their customers
- Interview employees and uncover workflows that are repetitive, time-consuming, error-prone or difficult to manage
- Assess workflows for AI readiness, risk, complexity and business impact
- Prioritize opportunities based on ROI, feasibility and strategic value
- Build a practical AI road map for action
- Avoid costly mistakes related to data security, shadow AI, poor tool selection and unclear ownership
- Use AI workflow assessments as a repeatable internal business discipline
- Position AI workflow assessments as a potential new revenue opportunity with customers
As an additional benefit, each participating dealership will also receive a complimentary Micro AI Workflow Assessment after the workshop is complete. GoWest.ai will conduct three 30-minute employee interviews and provide the dealership with a focused look at real workflow opportunities inside its business. This gives participants a chance to see the assessment methodology they have just learned applied directly to their own operations.
The goal is not simply to teach dealers about AI. It is to teach them how to assess their own businesses for AI opportunities and give them a repeatable process they can use internally and with customers.
