Hicks is president and CEO of Electronic Business Machines Inc. (EBM), an employee-owned company based in Lexington, Kentucky. He has been with EBM for 42 years. Hicks started in the board repair/design lab, moved to service manager and then became CEO when employees bought the company in 2001. EBM's main lines are Lexmark and Xerox. In addition to the company's local dealership, it still maintains a board repair and parts facility to support the dealer channel. Hicks has served on manufacturer advisory boards and EBM has been a member of NOMDA/BTA for 49 years.

Renegar started his career with Kelly Office Solutions, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, while he was attending North Carolina State University, working in the warehouse and in Pure Water Technology sales during the summers. After coming to Kelly Office Solutions, Renegar single-handedly started the company's managed network services division. He was named the director of managed network services in 2016 and was promoted to vice president of Kelly Office Solutions in 2025. Renegar is an active member of numerous chambers of commerce, and has previously spoken at BTA events about managed IT services to educate other dealers on how to build and start their own managed network services businesses.

Dennis is vice president of support services at CopyPro Inc. of Greenville, North Carolina. The company has operations in eastern North Carolina and is a technology partner representing Ricoh and Konica Minolta. She began in this industry in 1986 with CopyPro. Dennis has extensive experience in all aspects of the office technology industry and is involved in community organizations. She has won vendor awards for outstanding service management and has served on the BTA Southeast board since 2008. Dennis currently serves on the national BTA Board of Directors, has served on the national board for IBPI, a copier/MFP dealer buying group, and has served on the board of her local community festival. She attended Ayden-Grifton High School, Pitt Community College and Liberty Baptist University. Dennis is the proud mom of two great young adults.

Seeley has been part of his family dealership, Seeley Office Systems Inc., Glens Falls, New York, for the past 21 years. Throughout his tenure, Seeley has held an array of positions, starting with deliveries and working his way up to president of client relations, which has been his title for the last five years. In Seeley’s current role, he is responsible for overseeing the sales team, maintaining relationships with major accounts and working with the management team to move the business forward. Seeley’s philosophy on growth and overall success for the company is to give back and give thanks to both clients and employees. Outside of his work life, Seeley enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his three young children. Otherwise, you might find Seeley playing golf, one of his favorite hobbies, at the local country club.

Pangborn is director of operations and business analytics at Automated Business Solutions, located in Warwick, Rhode Island. She has 40 years of industry experience at a small independent dealerships and Konica Minolta, starting as a service dispatcher in the 1980s and moving through various other roles. Since starting at ABS in 2015, she has served as customer assurance manager, director of administration and, now, director of operations and business analytics. Pangborn enjoys her family, her dog and the beach. She is an avid New England Patriots fan and is a season ticket holder at both the New England Revolution and the Rhode Island Football Club. Pangborn is married to Jonathan, her husband of 36 years. They have one son, Zachary, 27, who is also a member of the ABS team. She has volunteered on various local community youth sports organization boards and served on the American Youth Soccer Regional Board as the CVPA from 2014-2018 and as president of the 715 Area for several years. Pangborn has been recognized for her contributions to youth soccer as the New England Revolution Super Liga Coordinator of the Year in 2014. She was also awarded the Junior Seau Award of Excellence for her community involvement and service to youth sports in 2013.

Goldsmith currently leads IT services for Regal Business Machines and Gateway Business Systems, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. He is a third-generation family member in the business, which was founded by Goldsmith’s grandfather in 1958. Regal/Gateway is a provider of IT services, managed print, VoIP and other technologies. It is authorized with Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark and HP in the Chicago area, as well as northwest Indiana. Goldsmith began his career as a civil engineer in the telecom industry after graduating from the University of Iowa. He later joined his family at its Chicago-area dealership. From a young age, Goldsmith knew that he had a passion for his family’s business and the transition has filled a lifelong dream.

Miceli is president and CEO of Pulse Technology, a leading, multigeneration family business providing document solutions/MPS and managed network services/IT for the greater Chicago, Illinois, area, northern Indiana and Wisconsin. The company’s scope of services also includes videoconferencing, archiving, e-commerce, document solutions, office products, and the design and sale of office furniture. In the early 1970s, Miceli left the accounting industry to join the family business that his father, Vince Miceli, started in 1955. In 1988, he became an owner in the business following his father’s retirement. Under Miceli’s direction, the firm has expanded to include its headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, as well as other locations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Over the years, he has grown the company through acquisition of several Chicago-area companies, as well as an investment in two northern Indiana businesses, McShane’s and Kramer Leonard, both of which are under the umbrella of Pulse Technology. In 2017, Miceli led his company through a rebranding with a new name — Pulse Technology. In 2024, Pulse opened an office in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area. Miceli has been an advisor and board member to a number of national trade associations and frequently speaks on issues related to MPS. He has also led his company to win awards including the Hyakuman Kai Award, the Elite Dealer Award and the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing businesses. Additionally, Pulse Technology has been named to the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list by Workforce Research Group and media partner Daily Herald for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Miceli resides in the Chicago area and is active in community organizations, including his local chamber of commerce and business associations.

Creech has been employed with CopyPro Inc., located in Greenville, North Carolina, since May 1999. He started with the company as a setup and delivery technician, and has held several positions since then, including field technician, team leader, field service supervisor and, finally, his current role of director of service. As director of service, Creech oversees all field service activity and is responsible for ensuring that CopyPro maintains its excellent standard of service. Over the years, he has accrued vast industry knowledge. Creech’s ability to troubleshoot and quickly solve problems in the field has allowed the company to rise above the competition. He has won awards for Technician of the Year, Konica Minolta Technician of the Month and Service Manager of the Year. In 2022, Creech joined the BTA Southeast Advisory Board. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from Lenoir Community College and was the captain of the school’s NJCAA basketball team. Creech remains an avid fan of the sport, as well as motorsports and hunting.

Renegar is president and co-owner of Kelly Office Solutions, a Ricoh, Brother, Epson, Konica Minolta and Sharp dealership located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with branches in Greensboro, Raleigh, Swansboro and Charlotte, North Carolina. Renegar has more than 49 years of management experience in the industry. He has worked in corporate environments such as IKON and Sharp Electronics, where he served as president of North Carolina, and in dealerships such as Charlotte Copy Data and Triad Business Systems, where Renegar was executive vice president and co-owner. He has also served on various manufacturing and leasing company advisory councils, and Renegar’s dealership has been a BTA member for 20-plus years.

Van Dyke, president and CEO of Advanced Office, a Southern California dealership, started out in the medical imaging and color computer graphics space and evolved his business into the office technology industry in the early 1980s. The company’s territory covers San Diego County to the northern part of Los Angeles County and east to the desert, covering six counties. As a traditional office technology dealership, Advanced Office has evolved by adding professional services and business process improvement offerings to assist customers in their digital transitions. Additionally, the company has a strong history of production print and wide format offerings. Van Dyke was one of the founding members and first president of the Select Dealer Group (SDG), a nationwide best practices group of office technology dealers. For the past 23 years, SDG has grown to become a significant place for dealers to continually hear what is working within dealerships as new technology and services are offered, and how to implement solutions, services and other business model changes for an ever-connected business community.

He has deep subject-matter expertise in the rules of court and code of civil procedure. Goldberg's clients range from individuals to trade associations to small businesses and large corporations. He has extensive experience defending Fortune 500 companies in the energy sector and defending professionals in malpractice claims.
Prior to joining Barta | Goldberg, Goldberg managed the litigation services department at the flagship office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
