Marshall is the president and co-founder of Copy Link Inc., Chula Vista, California. His passion for business and his community led him to become a founding member of BTA's Select Dealer Group (SDG), board chair for the YMCA and president of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. The opportunity to work alongside some of the greatest men and women in his community has helped shape Marshall both personally and professionally. He lives by the motto: “Become a hunter of blessings.” Marshall married his high-school sweetheart, Kimberley, and they are now celebrating more than 30 years of marriage, three amazing children and a new grandchild. Today, after experiencing life-changing events such as watching his children leave for college and start their lives, supporting his wife during serious health issues and losing his mother, Marshall has gained a renewed zest for life and again found the hidden blessings that come through challenging times. His optimistic point of view and passion to help others has been described as a breath of fresh air. Marshall's mission is to inspire, empower and motivate people to see the blessings in life and reach their full potential.

Schwartz is president, owner and founder of Imagine Technology Group LLC, Chandler, Arizona. He has more than 22 years of experience in the office technology industry. Schwartz has the unique ability to relate and create relationships, providing solutions for his clients. A typical day for Schwartz would be supporting the sales team and managing department leaders in the business. When his staff and customers come to him, Schwartz provides solutions that are pleasing to all. His views on the business world are professional, but also include family values. Schwartz is clearly noted for his hands-on dedication to his sales team and he consistently goes the extra mile to get things accomplished. Schwartz brings with him years of customer service experience, along with highly skilled sales experience. He grew his first company, Infincom, into an $8-million company within four years. It was also featured as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. As a founding partner of ITG, Schwartz guided the company to another Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies ranking and it was named a five-time ENX Magazine Elite Dealer of the Year. He currently serves on the board of the David Johnson’s Mission 31 Foundation, volunteers at Hospice of the Valley, and is involved with his children’s sports and dance activities. Schwartz spends his downtime with his family and enjoys golfing, with the hope of someday playing St. Andrews.

Landgren is president of Electronic Business Machines (EBM), located in Everett, Washington. He has more than 36 years of experience in the independent dealer channel, including 14 years at Global Imaging Systems. After graduating college, Landgren started his career in public accounting and, in 1986, he joined an independent office technology dealership in West Palm Beach, Florida, where Landgren was promoted to CFO and vice president of administration. In 1992, he was recruited to a dealership in Baltimore, Maryland, as its vice president and CFO. In 1997, Landgren was recruited for the vice president and CFO position at a newly acquired group of companies in Washington and Oregon that became the Northwest Group for Global Imaging Systems. During his time in the group, Landgren was promoted to COO, executive vice president and, finally, president. During his 14 years with Global, Landgren managed the growth of the Northwest Group from $8 million to an excess of $60 million in revenue. In 2012, he left Global and joined EBM as its president. A 36-year-old company, EBM sells a full line of Canon and Kyocera products and focuses on customer service. During the past seven years, EBM has more than doubled in size and has a business plan to more than double again in the next four years. Today at EBM, Landgren has responsibility for the sales, service and operational organizations, as well as developing and implementing the company's growth strategies.

McGuirk is senior vice president of Flex Technology Group, located Mesa, Arizona. He previously served as president of ProCopy in Phoenix, Arizona, and Action Imaging in Tucson, Arizona. McGuirk began his career in 1982 at Uni-Copy, a local Arizona dealership, and was promoted to management in 1986, eventually becoming the branch manager of the company's largest division. When Danka acquired the company in 1993 and named Uni-Copy the core company for all West Coast operations, he was the first person promoted — named district manager covering both Arizona and Southern California. Over the next nine years, McGuirk held various senior management positions until leaving in 2002 after almost 20 years as area vice president. In 2002, he became president of Arizona Office Technologies, a Global Imaging Company, and through two successful acquisitions, grew the company from $9 million in revenue to 280 employees and $55 million in revenue. Xerox acquired Global Imaging in 2007 and McGuirk remained for two years. In 2010, he joined ProCopy as president and grew the company from 12 employees and $3 million in revenue to more than 80 employees and $25 million in revenue. In 2016, ProCopy became part of the Flex Technology Group of companies with McGuirk staying on as president and an equity partner, where the company has grown its bottom line by 25%. The company has won numerous awards, including Elite Dealer three times, Best Places to Work two times and Inc.'s 5000 fastest-growing businesses in the United States three times. In 2019, McGuirk was selected by ENX Magazine as an Industry Difference Maker. He served on the National Dealer Advisory Council for Ricoh and Kyocera and was the president of the Select Dealer Group (SDG) from 2019-2020. He currently serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau of Arizona and Southern California, and on the board of directors for Arizona State University's Alumni Association, where he graduated from in 1982.

Quirk is president of JQ Office Equipment, located in Omaha, Nebraska. The company, founded in 1965, first joined BTA in 1974. JQ Office Equipment provides managed print, VoIP and mailing solutions to businesses in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Quirk spent the first 18 years of his business career in technical sales and, in 2000, he entered the office technology industry. Quirk graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in engineering. He has an interest in overseas assistance programs and has made multiple trips to Romania to help orphaned young adults enter the job market. Quirk has also mentored Romanian business owners on how to grow market share with the help of their employees and he has assisted in third-world community service projects to help people in need.

Blake is vice president of operations at Corporate Business Systems, a family-run business located in Madison, Wisconsin. Corporate Business Systems has been a BTA member since its inception in 1998, and provides managed print and mailing solutions to Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Starting as a delivery driver in college and moving into his current position after graduation, Blake has worked in the industry for more than 17 years. He graduated from Edgewood College with a degree in finance, returning in 2020 to complete his Master of Business Administration. Playing sports his whole life, Blake found a niche with Brazilian jiujitsu that morphed into a business he established with his instructors in 2021. Not wanting to waste a degree — or have any spare time — he also became interested in speculative investments such as cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in mid-2021.

Goldsmith currently leads IT services for Regal Business Machines and Gateway Business Systems, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. He is a third-generation family member in the business, which was founded by Goldsmith’s grandfather in 1958. Regal/Gateway is a provider of IT services, managed print, VoIP and other technologies. It is authorized with Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark and HP in the Chicago area, as well as northwest Indiana. Goldsmith began his career as a civil engineer in the telecom industry after graduating from the University of Iowa. He later joined his family at its Chicago-area dealership. From a young age, Goldsmith knew that he had a passion for his family’s business and the transition has filled a lifelong dream.

Fowler is no stranger to the office technology industry. As a Fowler, some say he has toner in his blood. His father, Dale Fowler, is the founder of Zeno Office Solutions Inc., located in Midland, Texas. While still a teenager, Fowler began learning the copier/MFP business as a warehouse employee. By the time he completed high school, Fowler had worked in several positions throughout the company and had learned the renowned importance of Zeno customer service. He proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2009 to 2013. After Fowler's military service, he returned to Midland and to Zeno as a sales representative. Throughout Fowler’s tenure as a salesperson and sales manager, he has focused on growing Zeno's customer base in Midland. As the executive vice president, Fowler is currently overseeing the company's rapidly growing sales force, as well as being the visionary for the company and where it will go in the future. He is a member of the Select Dealer Group (SDG) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Fowler is also a pilot and loves to fly and be involved in the aviation community as often as possible. He and his wife, Amber, have two children: Bayleigh, 9, and Brenner, 6. They are involved with their kids’ sporting activities, church and several non-profits throughout their community. Fowler's favorite part of the industry and running Zeno are the lifelong relationships he has created.

Boyle is president of BASE Technologies, located in Bethel, Connecticut. He founded the company in 1992 after an extensive tenure in the facsimile business. When Fujitsu left the North American market, Boyle put his knowledge and experience to work, starting BASE Technologies and primarily targeting telecommunication companies. The business grew and developed into one of the leading total document solution providers in the Northeast region. Thirty years later, BASE is now recognized by Kyocera as one of its most elite service organizations in the country. In recent years, BASE has expanded its offerings to include a variety of document solutions and network services. Apart from the office technology offering, BASE regularly offers its support to the community through an assortment of charitable events, in addition to participating in a local mentorship program.

Dellaposta is COO of Doing Better Business (DBB), located in Hagerstown, Maryland. He started working at his parents' company, Word Processing Services Inc. (WPS), during high school in the warehouse and eventually became COO of the company in 2002. While COO of WPS, Dellaposta served on the Ricoh National Dealer Council. Before WPS, he served as a territory manager for both Ansell and Baxter International Inc. Dellaposta, along with his siblings, created DBB and acquired the assets of Van Dyk Business Systems in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Total Service Inc. in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and WPS on Aug. 31, 2017. His mission at DBB is to help the family-owned-and-operated organization provide industry-leading technology and services to its customers, enabling them to focus on their core businesses while becoming increasingly successful. DBB has experienced tremendous growth over the past four decades and Dellaposta would like to continue to improve the company's overall market presence through mergers, acquisitions and strong organic growth. A large part of the philosophy and culture of DBB includes giving back to the community. To that end, he sought out and was recently elected to the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, Maryland. Dellaposta earned his Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Maryland and his Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, music, art, theater, traveling and spending time with his family.

Denlinger is a partner at DCS Technologies Corp., located in Franklin, Ohio. He has been in the industry for more than 10 years, wearing many hats from customer service to marketing to sales. Today, Denlinger co-leads DCS's sales team and assists in the company's go-to-market strategy. Buck serves as COO for Carolina Business Equipment, based in Columbia, South Carolina. The company has operations across South Carolina, northern Georgia and southern North Carolina, and represents multiple lines including Kyocera, Toshiba and Sharp. He got his start in the industry in 1993 with Lanier Worldwide and has worked in the industry in many capacities, including leading the Kyocera global sales group, as well as directing the dealer channel for OKI Data. Buck has experience on both the manufacturer side, as well as the dealer side with extensive knowledge in managed print services. He attended Coker College for his undergraduate degree and Wake Forest for his graduate studies. Buck is married to his wife, Jill, and they have five kids: Jay, Halee, Mary-Claire, Millie and AJ.

Hicks is president of Electronic Business Machines Inc. (EBM), an employee-owned company based in Lexington, Kentucky. He has been with EBM for 38 years. Hicks started in the board repair/design lab, moved to service manager and then became CEO when employees bought the company in 2001. EBM's main lines are Lexmark and Xerox. In addition to the company's local dealership, it still maintains a board repair and parts facility to support the dealer channel. Hicks has served on manufacturer advisory boards and EBM has been a member of NOMDA/BTA for 45 years.

Renegar started his career with Kelly Office Solutions, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, while he was attending North Carolina State University, working in the warehouse and in Pure Water Technology sales during the summers. After coming to Kelly Office Solutions, Renegar single-handedly started the company's managed network services division. He went through the entire vetting process for the division and is a certified subject-matter expert. Renegar has grown the managed network services division from just himself to now managing six employees. He was named the director of managed network services in 2016. Renegar is an active member of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and has previously spoken at BTA events about managed IT services to educate other businesses on how to build and start their own managed network services businesses.

Dennis is vice president of support services at CopyPro Inc. of Greenville, North Carolina. The company has operations in eastern North Carolina and is a technology partner representing Savin and Konica Minolta. She began in this industry in 1986 with CopyPro. Dennis has extensive experience in all aspects of the office technology industry and is involved in community organizations. She has won vendor awards for outstanding service management and has served on the BTA Southeast board since 2008. Dennis has previously served on the national BTA Board of Directors, the national board for IBPI and the board of her local community festival. She attended Ayden-Grifton High School, Pitt Community College and Liberty Baptist University. Dennis is the proud mom of two great kids.
