Hoskins has served as executive director of the Business Technology Association (BTA) since 2006. In this role, he oversees the daily management of the association, working with the volunteer leadership and staff to provide guidance, support and resources to the independent dealer channel. He manages such initiatives as BTA's monthly Building My Business webinars, Dealers Helping Dealers resource and the association’s PRO Dealer Group. He also serves as editor of BTA's monthly Office Technology magazine, a position he has held since 1989. Office Technology provides information on industry trends, management issues and the latest technology for the workplace. Hoskins joined the association's staff in 1986. Prior to that he served as a reporter for a suburban Kansas City, Missouri, newspaper. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.

Briseno is the marketing director for BTA. She began working for BTA in January 2006. Some of Briseno's duties include the management of trade shows, the Select Dealer Group peer group, vendor membership sales and support, database management, website maintenance, and various business development activities in accordance with the association's strategies and objectives. Prior to BTA, she worked for an ad specialty distributor, was a marketing coordinator for an electronic cable-tester manufacturer and a mortgage loan officer in Kansas City, Missouri. Briseno received her Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Central Missouri and recently received her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.

Marvel is the associate editor of Office Technology magazine. She is responsible for the design and layout of the magazine, as well as copyediting, writing stories and laying in ads. She is also responsible for updating the BTA website, sending out the BTA Hotline e-newsletter, updating social media, creating all BTA marketing materials, email blasts and video content, and administrating the BTA Scholarship Program. Prior to coming to BTA in 2007, she worked as an ad traffic manager for a business-to-business magazine publishing company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated with bachelor's degrees in journalism and psychology from the University of Kansas.

Smith is the membership sales representative for BTA. He is responsible for new member sales and membership renewals. Smith is also in charge of contacting the dealer network to help it better utilize the valuable resources BTA offers. Prior to BTA, Smith has business-to-business sales and marketing experience in office technology industry.
