From Hardware to High Value: Demystifying Diversification for Long-Term Success
4 p.m. Eastern, Wednesday, Aug. 13

Mitch Leahy, vice president and general manager, Office Equipment Group, GreatAmerica Financial Services, and Preston Woolfolk, CEO, DOCUmation

Diversification isn't just about adding new products — it is about transforming one or more parts of your business model. In this webinar, Leahy and Woolfolk will explore how forward-thinking dealers are shifting from print hardware sales to implementing additional recurring revenue models.

Learn how to lead with a monthly payment, build consultative sales teams and align your operations to support a broader portfolio of services. They will unpack the cultural, structural and talent-related shifts required to thrive in today's evolving tech landscape — and show you how to turn diversification into a sustainable growth engine.

Mitch Leahy

Leahy joined GreatAmerica in 2008 and has held various positions including senior credit analyst, vendor operations leader, vice president of sales and, most recently, was managing director for the Office Equipment Group, responsible for sales, sales support and marketing initiatives across the unit. In his current role as general manager for the Office Equipment Group, Leahy is responsible for the vision, business strategy, culture and overall economic performance for the unit. He holds a bachelor of arts in finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
