Achieve 20%-Plus Managed IT Services EBITDA When the Industry Average is Only 6%
4 p.m. Eastern, Wednesday, Aug. 6

Tim Schatz, executive vice president & partner, Technology Assurance Group (TAG)

The managed IT services industry average for EBITDA (aka profitability) is only 6%. That's it! Most managed IT services providers are barely getting by. TAG has analyzed more than $10 billion in IT technology financial statements and it knows what it takes to achieve 20%-plus EBITDA in managed IT services. TAG's top-performing members achieve more than 30%. During this webinar, Schatz will share what it takes to run a highly profitable managed IT services business so you, too, can break through the industry average.

Tim Schatz

At TAG, Schatz is responsible for providing financial analysis, advice and counseling to TAG members. He drives profitability growth for TAG members by delivering in-depth financial and management training utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices in both group settings and one-on-one. Schatz is tasked with development and initiation of strategic programs for the benefit of TAG members. He also drives achievement of TAG's mission, realization of its strategic plan, and manages its overall financial performance. Prior to TAG, Schatz was CFO for Mobivity, a technology company based in San Diego, California. He played an integral role in building Mobivity from the ground up by developing operational plans, tracking key performance indicators, closing financing rounds in excess of $18 million, and executing several successful acquisitions. Before Mobivity, Schatz excelled in the management team with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He rose rapidly to head accounting and payroll departments that spanned operations in New York, New Jersey, Vermont and Connecticut. Schatz was then promoted to regional business manager of the Inland Empire Los Angeles, California, region. There he managed 40 locations, 300 employees and $40 million in annual revenues.
