  • Month-End Closing Best Practices: A few hours each month can save you a lot of costly cleanup down the road. In this session, Plott will review a basic outline of what month end should consist of and what he does for his clients as a fractional CFO.
  • e-automate Database Audits: Walk through a high-level "mini audit" and learn what to be checking each month to ensure that you are not missing revenues, expenses or allowing your database to become cluttered with old transactions.
  • E-views & E-agent: As a controller and CFO, e-views should be your best friend. They are very customizable and can be used to generate many valuable reports, oftentimes combining multiple reports into one. This session will also take a look at e-agent and what it can be doing for your business automatically (which is especially helpful for non-CEO Juice clients).
