BTA Event Sponsorships
Sponsor a 2026 BTA Educational & Networking Event!
Each year, the districts of the Business Technology Association host educational and networking events that are well received by both dealer attendees and exhibitors. These are not convention-center events in cavernous exhibit halls, but they are smaller, hotel-based events where all dealer attendees have plenty of opportunities to interact with one another and with exhibitors. The base-level sponsorship for each event is $7,000 and includes attendance for two people; additional registrants will be $199 each. Additionally, each event will provide upgrade opportunities for those wanting to secure special sponsorship levels such as sponsorship of a cocktail reception, breakfast, lunch, breaks or keynote speaker. These exclusive upgrades include five minutes to present on stage to the attendees.
BTA IGNITE Exhibitor Levels & Pricing
Base-Level Sponsorship: $7,000
- Six-foot skirted table with signage
- Company logo included in all event promotions (email blasts, Office Technology magazine, website, social media)
- Event registration for two people (includes tickets to the special activity, based on availability)
Upgrade to a Premium Level:
(Available on a first-come, first-served basis to BTA Vendor or Consultant/Trainer members ONLY):
Breaks, Breakfast or Lunch Sponsorship: $10,000
- Six-foot skirted table with signage
- Exclusive sponsorship of a break, breakfast or lunch (only one per meal per event)
- Five minutes on stage to address attendees
- Premium logo placement on signage, event promotions and website
- Event registration for four people (includes tickets to the special activity, based on availability)
Reception Sponsorship: $15,000
- Six-foot skirted table with signage
- Exclusive reception sponsorship (2 available — choose food or bar)
- Recognition during reception announcements
- Option to provide branded materials or giveaways during the reception
- Five minutes on stage to address attendees
- Premium logo placement on signage, event promotions and website
- Event registration for four people (includes tickets to the special activity, based on availability)
Featured Speaker Sponsorship: $25,000
- Six-foot skirted table with signage
- Exclusive sponsorship of a featured speaker session
- Recognition during event announcements
- Five minutes on stage to address attendees
- Premium logo placement on signage, event promotions and website
- Event registration for four people (includes tickets to the special activity, based on availability)
- Four additional complimentary special activity tickets for additional staff members or clients
- Social media recognition before, during and after the event
Keynote Speaker Sponsorship: $35,000
- Six-foot skirted table with signage
- Exclusive keynote sponsorship (only one per event)
- Opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker on stage
- Executive meet-and-greet opportunity with keynote speaker
- Customized sponsor integration into keynote session and promotions
- 10 shoutouts on all social media with video and other custom promotions

EXHIBITING SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
The exhibiting sponsorship fee is due 30 days prior to the event. If paying by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be charged. If an exhibiting sponsorship is cancelled prior to 60 days out from the start of the event, a full refund of any payment received will be issued. If cancellation is made between 59 and 31 days out from the start of the event, 50% of the sponsorship fee will be due immediately upon receipt of cancellation.
No portion of the exhibiting sponsorship fee will be refunded for cancellations received 30 or fewer days out from the start of the event, nor will any remaining balance due at the time of the cancellation be waived. Any company that cancels and fails to remit the required payment will be prohibited from exhibiting or attending future BTA events until the account is paid in full. Forfeited payments will not be held as a credit or applied to a future BTA event.
- 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days prior to the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 59-31 days prior to the event.
- 0% refund for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event.
- Payment must be received 30 days before the first day of the event.
