McCurdy is president of Integrated Technologies. He specializes in helping mid-size organizations (15 to 1,000 employees) protect their businesses, reduce their risk and succeed through increased knowledge, and by providing expertise in the latest IT services and trends. McCurdy is a CompleteCloud specialist and consultant. He is also responsible for the overall management of Integrated Technologies, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships. McCurdy is very active in the community, serving on many boards and proactively championing best practices on the technology front. He is active in his church, serving in numerous capacities. McCurdy and his wife, Kathleen, met when they were nine years old. They are best friends and have been married for more than 20 years. They are the proud parents of two beautiful and musically talented daughters. McCurdy’s passion in life revolves entirely around his family relationships. He loves the outdoors and spending time on the California coast with his family.

Bombard is owner of Yuma Office Equipment and its parent corporation, Mountain View Corp., located in Yuma, Arizona. He began his career in 1985 as a copier technician specializing in Canon equipment. Within a few years, Bombard was certified on Canon, Sharp and Ricoh products, and was also well versed in Panasonic and Kyocera Mita products. He started his career with Yuma Office Equipment in early 2002 and worked as a technician before becoming a controller specialist and, ultimately, IT director and service manager. In 2013, Bombard became the owner of Yuma Office Equipment and Mountain View Corp. In 2015, the company was recognized as an SBDC Small Business of the Year by the Small Business Development Corporation of Arizona and was named an Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine. Bombard has been a member of the OKI Data Americas Dealer Council, Optimists International and the Rotary Club. He is a supporter of Crossroads Mission and a member of its alumni board. Bombard also holds two positions on the board of MACCNA, which is a conference put on by Mexico, Arizona and California areas of Narcotics Anonymous.

McGuirk is president and equity partner of ProCopy Office Solutions located Tempe, Arizona. He also serves as president of Action Imaging, ProCopy's Tucson, Arizona-based company. He began his career in 1983 at Uni-Copy, a local Arizona company, and was promoted to management in 1987, eventually becoming the branch manager of the company's largest division. When Danka acquired the company in 1993 and named ProCopy the core company for all West Coast operations, McGuirk was the first person named district manager, covering both Arizona and Southern California with total P&L responsibility and more than 250 employees. Over the next nine years, he held various senior management positions, including area vice president, until leaving in 2002 after almost 20 years. In 2002, he became president of Arizona Office Technologies, a Global Imaging Company, and through two successful acquisitions, grew the company from 44 employees and $9 million in revenue to 280 employees and $55 million in revenue, and was named the Company of the Year inside Global in 2006. Xerox acquired Global Imaging in 2007 and McGuirk remained for two years. In 2010, he went back to his roots and joined ProCopy, a small local company with 12 employees. Today, the company has more than 80 employees and revenues have grown six times, with both revenue and profits exceeding industry benchmarks. The company has won numerous awards, including Elite Dealer three times, Best Places to Work two times and Inc.'s 5000 fastest-growing businesses in the U.S. three times. In 2016, ProCopy became part of the Flex Technology Group of companies with McGuirk staying on as president and an equity partner. He is a graduate of Arizona State University's School of Business. McGuirk serves on the National Dealer Advisory Council for Ricoh and is president-elect of the Select Dealer Group (SDG). He also oversees the ProCopy Foundation, a 501-c3 charity arm of ProCopy, which has donated more than $120,000 to various youth-based charities in Arizona, including an endowed scholarship at the ASU School of Business. McGuirk has served on the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau since 2013, and has been a member of the Tempe Diablos Charity Club since 2014. He is also a member of the executive association of Greater Phoenix and formally served on the board of directors of the Grand Canyon State Games and LifeLink Church.

Welch is manager and co-owner of ABC Office Equipment Co. Inc. She joined the company in 1998. ABC Office Equipment is located in Spokane Valley, Washington, and has been serving the inland Northwest for 65 years. ABC is a Konica Minolta (Pro-Tech Service Center) and OKI Data dealership, and an affiliate partner of Carefusion. In 2012, ABC added a network department and currently has seven network engineers on staff. Welch is actively involved in the day-to-day business operations of the company — everything from shipping, receiving, purchasing and billing — and also serves as the company's service manager, HR director and controller. She has been involved with BTA West for the past five years and is very thankful to be surrounded by great advisors in this constantly changing industry.

Escamilla is CEO and COO of Document Systems, a Canon and Ricoh dealership located in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties, California. The dealership, established in 1994, recently acquired Copy R Office Solutions to expand its staff to 50 employees. Escamilla's office technology career began in 1985 when he went to work as an entry-level technician for San Sierra Business Systems. The company then merged with Taylor Made Office Systems, where Escamilla continued to work as the service manager for the Fresno, California, area until 1995. He worked in Ventura, California, as the director of service for a local Sharp dealership for five years and then moved on to Document Systems in 2000 as service manager. During Escamilla's 18 years at Document Systems, he has held several positions including service manager, vice president of service, senior vice president and, now, CEO and COO.
