On June 18, the Business Technology Association will be honoring Bob Goldberg during the Bob Goldberg Appreciation Reception at the Capture the Magic event, taking place June 17-19 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach in Huntington Beach, California. Bob will be retiring as BTA's general counsel on June 30 — a position he has held since 1977.
During the reception, BTA will announce a contribution to the BTA Scholarship Foundation in honor of Bob and his many years of dedicated service to the association and the industry.
We invite you to be among the contributors for this special cause. BTA would greatly appreciate your contribution to fund future educational scholarships, awarded to the full-time employees of BTA member dealerships and their sons and daughters.
Between now and June 14, BTA will match dollar for dollar all contributions up to a total of $50,000 made to the BTA Scholarship Foundation to honor Bob on the occasion of his retirement.
So, yes! If BTA collects $50,000 from dealers, vendors, distributors and others, BTA will also contribute $50,000 so that we can announce a $100,000 contribution at the reception in Bob's honor.
Shhh! Let's make this a surprise for Bob!
