BTA Disaster Grant Program header

In 1992, the Business Technology Association (BTA; then NOMDA) established the association's Disaster Grant Program at the time of Hurricane Andrew. The program was established to provide emergency financial support to BTA dealer members who have suffered a loss due to a natural disaster. Relief offered by the program is considered a grant and does not require repayment to the association. Awards vary based on the balance in the fund and are determined by the BTA national officers. Due to the urgent nature of disaster relief, recipients will be contacted by a BTA representative as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Consideration for a grant is based on the information provided in an online grant application. Those affected by a recent natural disaster can apply by clicking the button above.

If additional information will clarify your specific need for the BTA officers' analysis, please use the "comments" section in the application. You can also email photos or additional information to info@bta.org. The questions in the application provide a basis for the BTA officers to respond in an appropriate and expedient manner.

Notification of grants will be determined based on the fund balance, the number of applicants and merits of application.
