Testimonials

"Great course. I'm so happy that my owner suggested I attend. We've been using a consultant for financials and I'm excited to see how your model compares. I like that yours delves down further by department. I believe this will be a great tool for us! Thank you so much. This workshop was informative and inspiring."
— Kimberly Bayes, Digital Office Systems Inc., Wichita, Kansas

"I found using the model as a tool to understand areas that the company is not functioning correctly to be extremely helpful. The model in general shed some light on some areas that we may be overlooking. The leadership segment will definitely be useful. As I am personally new to management, I picked up tips that I can use to set the right tone with my coworkers."
— Miranda Toll, Digital Office Systems Inc., Wichita, Kansas

"The most important, or one of the greatest bits of information, was the 'why' behind the model. Without that, I could not share the essential belief system and get everyone behind it. John and Todd, thank you for sharing your thoughts and for the incredible delivery of your message."
— John Parisi, Document Systems Inc., Carlsbad, California

"The most helpful information was on sales management, the insight into running a successful business, MPS strategy and a realistic approach to MPS. I enjoyed the additional coaching on running a successful sales team. Thanks."
— Stuart Fratkin, Copier Headquarters Inc., Woodland Hills, California

"Todd and John have an exceptional seminar and resources. We are excited to bring their knowledge and resources back to Copier Headquarters."
— Thomas Chacko, Copier Headquarters Inc., Woodland Hills, California

"Thank you for a great two days. It was all worth coming again."
— Lisa Chacon, Excel Office Services Inc., Culver City, California

"I wanted to thank you for who you are, what you do and how you do it. You sincerely are our lighthouse keeping us off the rocks. As we transform from a manufacturer's rep into a real business, your model has given us a road map to a destination that is desirable to go. If it was not for your finance model, we would be lost and would not know how to manage the business. Thank you so much for all you have done for us."
— Brett Butler, Excel Office Services Inc., Culver City, California

"I most enjoyed learning how the model works and why. It will be a helpful tool in future business planning and problem solving."
— Bryant Hays, Advanced Systems Inc., Cedar Falls, Iowa

"This workshop is a great investment in a wealth of knowledge and inspiration."
— Viola Pitts, Preferred Business Systems, Tulsa, Oklahoma

"I enjoyed learning about the model and bucketing. I have a better understanding of why we have made some changes and I feel like there is even more that I can do to help. I enjoyed hearing the instructors teach about the importance of the 'why.' We have incorporated a 'why' statement and it is good to hear that it is 'real.' I believe that our management believes the 'why,' and hearing it from someone outside of our company endorses it even more."
— Marsha Ackerman, Loffler Companies, Bloomington, Minnesota
