Gondek is president of ACT Group (formerly Advanced Copy Technologies Inc.), Cromwell, Conn. He has been president of ACT Group/Advanced Copy Technologies for the past 15 years, during which the company has grown an average of 20 percent per year. The company was recently rebranded to the ACT Group to better reflect its expertise in its five divisions. Prior to this position, Gondek was the New England regional manager for an office equipment manufacturer, overseeing direct sales operations. With more than 30 years of outstanding achievements in this fast-paced industry, he has been featured in Selling Magazine and Professional Selling magazine and was one of the model subjects for the book "Superstar Sales Managers Secrets" by Barry Farber. Gondek's focus on providing the right solutions for clients has kept him at the forefront of the latest trends in the industry, along with the challenges that clients face when implementing new technology into their organizations.

Donnellon is the president and owner of ABS Business Products Inc., a Sharp and Toshiba dealership with locations in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. He is also president and owner of Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises Inc., a Toshiba and Savin dealership purchased in December 2012 with locations in Cincinnati, Dayton and Lima, Ohio. Donnellon has been in the office technology industry since 1975, when he joined Donnellon McCarthy Inc. He is a member of several organizations, including the IBPI Board of Directors, Cincinnati Rotary Club, ATP Professional Tennis Tournament, Marvin Lewis Foundation, Kicks for Kids Foundation, Parent Project Foundation/Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, St. Vincent DePaul Society Foundation and the Grant C. Seeley is vice president of sales at Seeley Office Systems, located in Glens Falls, N.Y. He has been a part of the family business for six years and is part of the second-generation team, with his primary responsibilities in sales. The 32-year-old dealership covers three counties in upstate New York. Its primary product lines are Konica Minolta and Muratec, and it also sells a full line of office supplies. Seeley is a member and board member of his local rotary club. He also serves on the board of the Charles Wood Theatre, a local community theater.

Risser is the vice president and partner at Advanced Laser Printer Service & Supplies Inc. (ALPS), located in York, Pa. The company has nine employees, more than 500 accounts and more than 4,000 active devices. It manages approximately 4 million pages per month under its MPS programs and it sells and services HP, Fujitsu, Lexmark, Toshiba, Xerox and Zebra products. It also provides authorized service for Lexmark, Toshiba and Xerox products. Risser has 19 years in the office technology industry — five years as a service manager and 14 years as vice president and partner at ALPS. He is responsible for all development and implementation of new strategies, and has created a unique process for managed document services in his business, as well as built a cost calculator and assessment database. He currently serves as chairman and a board member of the company's vendor relations committee in its buying group.

Allen is principal and director of service for Metro Business Systems Inc., located in Forestville, Md. He began his career in the office technology industry in 1988 with Xerox Corp. after graduating from Norfolk State University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. In 1991, Allen went to Minolta Corp. and served as a product specialist until 1995. In 1996, he started Metro Business Systems with a focus on employing best practices as a defining metric in every aspect of what "Team Metro" provides and delivers to its clients. Metro Business Systems is a value-added business partner that provides "Solutions for the Future" designed to improve clients' business efficiencies.

Ardry is president and owner of Office Equipment Center LLC, located in Plantsville, Conn. He grew through the ranks at the company, beginning as a service technician in 1983 and ultimately purchasing the business five years later in 1988. Ardry has overseen the evolution of the company from its roots selling typewriters and calculators to a multifaceted dealership offering copiers, printers and MFPs. In 2002, he recognized his clients' needs to connect these devices to their networks and broadened Office Equipment Center's offerings to include full IT service and support. Office Equipment Center is a Copystar/Kyocera dealership and a Dell Premier Partner.

Rubin is co-founder and president of Docutrend Imaging Solutions, located in New York, N.Y. He has been engaged in the office technology business since 1992 and served as vice president of sales and marketing for Atlantic Business Products (ABP) in New York City. Rubin started in the mailing technology business and, through his leadership, within five years Atlantic became the largest independent mailing systems dealership in the United States. During his tenure, revenues, profits and unit placements in both the mailing and copier businesses steadily increased by over 15 percent annually. In October 2002, Rubin founded Docutrend Inc. with his partners Edward and Alexander Solomon. Since Docutrend's founding, it has grown to a $10 million-plus dealership with 41 employees and more than 4,000 active machines in the field. Docutrend is a Pros Elite 100 dealership and has consistently been ranked as an Inc. 5000 company for the past five years, demonstrating double-digit growth year over year. Docutrend is an authorized Canon, Samsung, Savin and Lexmark BSD dealer. It has a robust MPS program in partnership with Supplies Network and has three office locations in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pa. Rubin has served on the Dealer Council for Sharp and was the youngest ranking member in its history.

Boyle is president of Base Technologies, Bethel, Conn. He began his career in 1979 at Burroughs Corp., which eventually became Fujitsu. Boyle has worked in variety of sales and marketing capacities, which concluded with him as national sales manager. He started Base Technologies in 1992. The company primarily represents Kyocera, Muratec and OKI, and serves Connecticut, New York and western Massachusetts. In addition, Base Technologies has launched a successful MPS business model in its servicing area.
